The technicians were very professional, and very polite. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my unit. It was fixed and runs great in less than an hour. The cost of fixing the unit was much less than I thought possible. I definitely will use Martin's again in the future and highly recommend their services.

I have been using Martin Heat and Air for a long time - since Mr. Martin was the employee that came and did the work. They are a great company and you will be happy if you use them.
On Saturday (9/18/22) the blower on our AC stopped. I called and Martin would have sent someone on the weekend, but we decided to wait until Monday. The serviceperson, Cody, explained that it made sense to buy a new system instead of spending thousands to repair the over 11 year old system. He explained that a new system would come with a 10 year parts warranty.
Chris came by on Monday to discuss what system options we had and we decided to add a second system to have more control over the heat/cooling in the primary bedroom.
Cody brought us a portable AC to use until our new system could be installed. It was a life saver.
Today, 9/22/22, Rich, Lee and Edgar installed our new system for the house and got it up and running. I am writing this while I am enjoying wonderfully cool air. Rich, Lee and Edgar did a wonderful job on one of the hottest days of the year, in our very tight attic which is crazy hot. They were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, caring, efficient, helpful and considerate. This was a big job and they were the best.

We are quite pleased with our new HVAC system. Martin HVAC has been very responsive to calls & questions. They give me a reasonable timeframe for appointments and then provide a shorter window so I don't have to wait at home for them for hours.
Martin is definitely a great company to work with! Highly recommend them!
