How Encapsulation Works
Step 1:
Our Comfort Advisor will examine your crawlspace to determine the correct materials for the job.
Step 2:
Martin Heat and Air will work to custom-design the YCS Crawl Curtain and Wall Attachment tape to ensure it fits and permanently seals your crawlspace.
Step 3:
Our trained technicians will apply the Magic Sealant/Adhesive to your foundation wall. The strong, lasting seal adheres to brick, metal, wood, stone, or block.
Step 4:
Our technicians will then complete the seal with puncture-resistant floor liners and tape to reduce the humidity level and eliminate moisture buildup.
Step 5:
To furthur prevent moisture build-up, Martin Heat and Air can install an AprilAire Whole-Home Dehumidifier.
