Chris was a gem. Very hot day for a/c out, and attic that Summer afternoon was very bad. He found the problem, did a temporary fix to get a/c running again. Most importantly he determined a replacement motor plus was needed and he started the paperwork to get them. Promised to call in am with replacement plan. Appreciate the heads up and that quality service approach I always get very much.
