prompt, expert service at a reasonable price
My company has used Martin Heat and Air for some time to service our 85+ rental units here in Myrtle Beach and only allow them to work on the equipment. Today I had to have the AC unit at my home replaced and only wanted Martin to do it. They completed the work in 4 hours and it was quick, clean and cool in half a work day. The price was great and the staff that came to my home were top notch. Highly recommend.
I love the pic and name they send you before service representative arrives. Our guy, Eric Vogel, was awesome. He was polite, informative, and a hard worker. He knew how to get things done. Dave was the one who came out to give us the info for our new unit and gave us pricing options to choose from. The company was so quick to respond to our needs. They came the same day we called and had us a new unit the next morning! I highly recommend this company and will be using them if needed in the future.
