I haven't had our two heat pumps serviced in a few years and figured it was about time.
This morning I called the company we previously used and had to leave a message for a call back to schedule.
After a few hours without a callback, and based on a previous recommendation I called Martin. I was greeted by Michelle, and within a few minutes, I had a service appointment for later this afternoon!
Seth came by this afternoon to the spring service on our two heat pump units. He was very thorough, took time to explain what he was doing and what he found. I'm a happy camper and recommend him and Martin Heat and Air.
