First, let me say that it is usually difficult to get service from a distance. This house is in another state, approximately 170+ miles away. My previous HVAC experiences were horrible. These people are very nice, professional and reasonable. They were scheduled and were there promptly. The tech was helpful and informative on the phone. The office staff were great. Altogether a pleasant experience. Thanks guys...I really appreciate it.

It is nice that the same young man comes to service our units each time. He is very pleasant and always inquires as to how we are doing. When we need extra service, he takes the time to explain our options. We plan on keeping our service plan with Martin's.
Seth has serviced (service contract )our unit several times. Courteous, efficient and explained the work performed prior to leaving.

I have 2 condos in Cherry Grove Beach and have been using Martin Heat and Air for at least the last 24 years. They are so professional and reliable and to me they are the best AC company around hands down in North Myrtle Beach.
I recommend Ricky's team to everyone I know that Martin Heat and Air are one of the best company to work with.
The Service tech today was Seith and he was real professional and addressed all my concerns and questions. Really a great job!
