The staff is very professional and always there when I need them. They are a family business that makes you feel like you're part of the family. I highly recommend them to everyone! I only wish they did plumbing as well. Hard to find a good plumber here!
AC went out on weekend- Our technician (Rich) was awesome - quickly fixed the issue and thoroughly explained issue and options.
When you are not from an area, to be able to trust a business supplying services to that community that you're in is more important than you can imagine. I trust Martin heat and air to be efficient, accurate, and extremely reasonable. Their customer service is excellent and their technicians are fabulous. Thank you guys again.
I live in VA and when my AC went out in my condo there in North Myrtle Beach I was referred to Martin Heat and Air. Samantha was the first person I spoke to and she was extremely helpful and Nick Martin who went after hours to look at my system was amazing! He not only went out immediately but stayed in contact with me about everything going on while replacing my AC unit. Nick was very helpful and informative and I would highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs.
