My unit was frozen. They came out within an hour. They fixed the problem. Very impressed
Everyone was courteous and polite from the initial call to the repair. They were very timely as they arrived at the time they said they would. Repairman explained everything he did in terms I could understand.
These guys are the best. My A/C unit had a coolant leak and needed to be replaced due to age. Patrick came on Sunday morning and added coolant to keep us cool and Nick gave us all options for replacement. The next morning Rich and Chris were there at 730am with my new system installed before lunch. Mr Martin even stopped by to help out. These guys are super nice and obviously love their job and the company they work for.

Sorry if this survey may have come to you partly in French! But my answers were all REALLY positive. Your team -- Nick, Ed, Rick, and Patrick -- did an outstanding job, in a friendly way. Nick came over and was precise in his recommendations. He gave us a number of options, which we appreciated. Installation of new HVAC system was done in one day, a really clean and professional job by Rick and Ed. Late afternoon, Nick came by to check on the work and discuss what was left to do. Patrick came by the next afternoon to install the ionising apparatus, and performed a meticulous job. Next morning we raised an issue with the loudness of the air handler. So Rick came by the same day and fixed it! Amazing! Now our new air handler is comfortably purring inside, as is the new Bosch compressor outside. The ducts were cleaned and sanitized in a very thorough and speedy way. Now the air inside really feels great. Every step was done according to the contract. An exterior water drain tube still needs to be strapped to the downspout and Rick told me that would easily be done. So congratulations for what we can call a perfect job!
My brother came into town early Sunday morning and after a little while realized the air conditioning was not working. After I talked to the answering service, a service tech was dispatched. Chris came out and checked the unit for issues. Our package unit had a broken piece of copper tubing on an access port. He repaired the tubing, did a leak check, evacuated the unit, recharged it and got it back in service. On a Sunday morning. Thank you. Great job.
Chris was an absolute Rock Star - professional, knowledgeable, fast and all around great asset for your company. I will try to only 'request Chris in the future.
