Outstanding Service!
Nick came out and gave me the options and never tried to "sell" me on anything. Martin Heating and Air came recommended to me by a friend who is also a realtor and is very familiar with them, and they did not disappoint. 1 hour after the system was turned on, I had a huge smile on my face - it was the nicest it has felt in my home in since I bought it. I also have allergies, and today is the 1st time in a year that I haven't had to reach for a Kleenex. One look at the filter from just 24 hours and you can understand why. I can't believe what a difference in just 1 day.
I usually write "reviews" because I expect quality and customer service, but this exceeded my expectations.
Came out same day. Honest about our 20 year old A/C-Heat System and Air Handlers. First Service Contractors in 5 years of living here in NMB to wear covers on their shoes when entering our home therefore not tracking dirt all over our house. Very professional. Honest.
Three technicians were courteous thorough and very pleased with their work wore masks while doing their repairs
