SECOND REVIEW ON DIFFERENT WORK PERFORMED 5/2/2022:
Cody and Edgar came today for a cleaning of our entire duct system and to perform our semi annual HVAC service.
We highly recommend both Cody and Edgar. Very professional and personable. Came on time and introduced themselves. Very knowledgable, explained things well and made recommendations based on the industry after carefully assessing our needs. Super meticulous and detailed and not a speck of dust left behind from what could have been a messy job from 30+ years of accumulation. Very respectful of our property and furnishings, worked diligently until finished, cleaning constantly behind themselves.

We are new owners and called to establish an annual Maintenance Contract with Martin since that was the name on the newish (2019) HVAC install. Couldn't be more pleased with their professional and detailed manner when speaking with Samantha on the telephone, very cordial and also informative. She has great followup and always calls you back with answers to any questions. So easy working on scheduling or billing with Samantha in the Martin office. Update 11/3/2021-- Patrick was on time, let us know when he was on the way. He was very knowledgable and thorough in cleaning our HVAC system, as well as making recommendations after assessing our needs. Patrick is very detailed and explains things well.

My AC wasn't cooling properly and I called Martin on my way in to NMB. They offered to come out that evening to repair. I opted to wait until morning. Chris arrived at designated time and corrected the problem. Would highly recommend Martin!
