Martin HVAC company is always responsive to our needs. They are reliable and provide great service. We have had a service tech in years past who is now a manager . He has always provided excellent service to us. Sorry his name escapes me at the moment.
Showed up on time, which is half the battle in this area, and fixed the AC unit in short order. Would highly recommend for any future needs.

Martin heating and air is like no other HVAC company. They are a Locally owner operation dedicated to providing quality service and addressing any concerns the consumer may have identified. They also are skilled in identifying issues before they could become a problem.
I had a scheduled routine maintenance appointment where the technician checked my outside unit and clean the coil. When he checked the inside unit he identified that my infrared sanitizing light showed signs of needing to be replaced soon.
Also he identified condensation build up with water dripping from the elbow area of my supply line. He quickly identified that the problem was an area that did not have insulation. He wrapped the duct work, taped it securely eliminating the problem.
This is the type of customer service that everyone needs to have, especially as of relates to a heat pump / air conditioning unit. I want to thank Martin H AC for going the extra mile.
