08/30/2020 We had to contact Martin Heat and Air to come and service our air conditioning unit. Chris was here within an hour of our service call and was well prepared to fix our issue.
Chris is very professional and always has a smile on his face and is very polite.
He found the issue and corrected it in a timely manner.
Chris never leaves a mess for us to clean up. He always makes sure that everything is working correctly before he leaves.

From the first phone call, the company was very responsive to my need. I was able to get a service appointment for the very next morning. I received both a text and an email confirmation, and the morning of the appointment, I got a text alerting me that the technician, Cody Burrell, was in route. My window as 8-9AM and he arrived right at 8. Since my AC unit is only two years old, he quickly surmised that it might be a capacitor issue. After inspection, that was the problem, so he replaced it. He was in and out in less than an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable and I found the company to be VERY customer service oriented. I highly recommend Martin Heat and Air.
