Very professional service and competitive pricing
I recommend the company and the service received but don't understand the personnel turnover. We've been with you for 7 years and 3 different properties and rarely get the same person twice. It would be nice if they had a regular service route and could get familiar with our units.
Called the after hours number due to the outside unit of our Heat Pump not working. It had been installed by another company when our home was constructed new last year. I called the installation company But after waiting an hour and half I had never received a call back. After placing the call to Martins Heat and Air answering service I promptly received a phone call from their on call technician. I explained the situation and he arrived 30
minutes after the call and promptly fixed the malfunctioning Heat Pump. He was very professional and the charges for the after hour services were very reasonable. They have gained a loyal customer.
