Outstanding and thorough service agent!
Family owned and run business for decades and it shows! They replaced a non working unit that was located on my roof and moved all of the components to the ground and installed a completely new system. All insanely hard work, of which I wouldn't know where to start, and what I thought would be a several day adventure. Well needless to say I was 100% WRONG. Mr. Rich and Mr. Edward were like two men on a mission! They started at 830am and were COMPLETELY finished and back on to the next job by roughly 130pm! Not sure if these two were owners/partners of the business but it certainly seemed that way. I would recommended this business with the utmost confidence. SHOP LOCAL PRODUCTS/SERVICES!
Called Martin Air around 3pm on a Saturday...they were here, fixed my AC problem and were gone by 4:15! Martin Air is the most reliable and trustworthy company. I HIGHLY recommend!

These guys were wonderful. We came in to a hot house late on Thursday. Called them first thing Friday morning. They came out and decided my unit had just rusted and deteriorated to the point it developed a leak and lost all the freon. They installed a complete new unit the same day and stayed until 8:00 on Friday evening finishing it up. They were all very easy going and acted like they were happy to be here even though they could have easily put me off another day. Highly recommend them and Thanks so much for your help!!!
