Once again your Technician Edgar out performed himself. He was punctual, acted in a professional manner, and was well informed of my units. Moreover, he works neat and is a perfectionist. For these reasons, I highly recommend your company for any service needed for HVAC units.

First, let me say that it is usually difficult to get service from a distance. This house is in another state, approximately 170+ miles away. My previous HVAC experiences were horrible. These people are very nice, professional and reasonable. They were scheduled and were there promptly. The tech was helpful and informative on the phone. The office staff were great. Altogether a pleasant experience. Thanks guys...I really appreciate it.

It is nice that the same young man comes to service our units each time. He is very pleasant and always inquires as to how we are doing. When we need extra service, he takes the time to explain our options. We plan on keeping our service plan with Martin's.
Seth has serviced (service contract )our unit several times. Courteous, efficient and explained the work performed prior to leaving.
